It isn't just the cast who would have to agree to make another movie. For starters you would need to convince J.K. Rowling to write another book and then allow Warner Brothers to turn it into a movie. Although J.K. Rowling has stated she could write more books, she doesn't plan on doing it and several members of the cast including Daniel Radcliffe have said they wouldn't return for another movie.
