If Mobius chooses to activate his effect, then Trap Hole is chain link 2. Trap Hole will resolve, destroying Mobius, then Mobius' effect will resolve, destroying the targets.
If Mobius chooses not to activate, then Trap Hole will either directly be chain link 1 if the turn player does nothing, or again, chain link 2 if he uses his priority for something else. In either case, Trap Hole will resolve and destroy Mobius.

More than likely though Stardust Dragon will simply activate its negation effect.
