Youu have to put an Evee with a Ditto in the Day Care on Five Island. After a little time they'll produce an egg.

No, I do not believe so. But dittos are fairly easy to find on that game. I believe you have a 10% chance of encountering one in the grass just north of goldenrod city. (day) On the other hand, if you are playing on the computer there are cheats to get more than 1 eevee.

There is no tried and true method to get an egg that will hatch a female Evee (and this rule applies to every Pokemon). You just have to have your Evee couple lay many eggs, around 5 or so. Hatch them all, and there is a good chance that there may be a female Evee.

Basically, be patient and wait for luck to strike.

Well, you can either get another Eevee from another game (Or one of it's evolutions, I don't think it matters as long as one is male and one is female) and put them together at the day care center south of Goldenrod or you can catch a Ditto and put it together with an Eevee or an evolution of Eevee (When you use a Ditto it doesn't matter if it's male of female)

when you get the eevee from bill, get a ditto and breed them in the day care.

Here is how to breed:

1. Put two compatible Pokemon (in this case eevee and ditto) in day care together,

2. ride from day care to the other side of goldenrod city and back again, until the day care man is facing to the left, rather than down. talk to him and he'll give you an egg!

p.s. the eevee can breed with other Pokemon, too. the eevee must be the mother though, or it must breed with a ditto to get an eevee egg.
