you don't have to have dusk balls they are only recommended so try using an ultra ball or if you still have it your master ball and if you don't but you have Pokemon Sapphire or emerald go to the team aqua hideout and explore it cause there is a master ball in one of the rooms so find it and dual slot it to your diamond pearl or platinum game

∙ 11y agoIf you have quite a lot of dusk balls, patience, a high level pokemon with high hp count (level 100 Blissey is probably good), and a lot of full restores then it should be possible. It would take a lot of time. I suggest saving before battling Dialga because sometimes it would run out of moves and then make itself faint.
