You can catch Articuno Zapdos and Moltres in Diamond Pearl and Platinum after you get the national dex and talk to Professor Oak in Pal Park. They'll be on the poketch map. As for Mew and Mewtwo well...Mewtwo you can catch in FireRed or LeafGreen after you beat the Elight Four see 60 some Pokemon and get the ruby and the Sapphire from the 2 islands (forgot the name of them) then go into the cave in which the guy was blocking and Mewtwo will be in there. Then just migrate it to Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. I don't know how you can catch Mew however without either cheating or going to an event.

Coronet because he was made by scientists, now MEW will be at Lv.35 (BEWARE:They will try and flee from battle so bring a Pokemon with super speed and usemean look or block. MEWTWO will be at Lv.75.
