No, chimchar can not be find in wild, if you want one put a ditto and if your starter is chimchar and now is infernape put them both in daycare to make an egg and it will hatch a newly chimchar

∙ 13y agoYou can't get a Chimchar on Stark Mountain. You can only get a Chimchar by trading, as your starter Pokemon, or by breeding a female (evolved) form of Chimchar with another certain male Pokemon or Ditto.
