No. There's a little thing programmed into the games that prevents you from getting a shiny event Pokemon. Sorry.
The blue Mew is the Shiny form of Mew. You can get a Mew from an event or when you also have My Pokémon Ranch on the Wii. You can also migrate it from Emerald, where it can be found at Faraway Island. However, if you want a Shiny Mew this will cost a lot of time and you need to be very lucky. The chance of getting a Shiny Pokémon is 0.0122%.
In Pokémon Shiny Gold, to fight Mew, you need to first encounter it in the wild or through an event. Mew is typically found in a special location like the Faraway Island, accessible via a special item or event. Once you find Mew, weaken it using your Pokémon, then use a combination of status moves and Poké Balls to capture it. Be prepared with a strong team, as Mew is a level 5 Pokémon and may use powerful moves to escape.
You need to go to the Nintendo event that has already passed, to get access to Mew. You need to catch mew, it is extremely rare to get a shiny mew. Another way is to simply use a Game shark or Action Replay code to encounter Shiny Pokemon
i have a lvl 100 mew and i am willing to trade it for a shiny palkia. my email is sepshortbus66647@aol.com. just email me your name and friend code.
yes Of course she can.
You cant, unless you have a action reply chip. So get some money and buy it. You can get shinies in Soul Silver. Just not Mew. ( Excluding the Mew event, which you'd have to be REALLY lucky to get a shiny Mew there.)
a mew is already shiny

Yes, there is a Shiny Mew but a Mew can only be generated as a Shiny in Pokémon Emerald due to it being found as an in-game Pokémon there on Faraway Island however only Japanese Mew are legit ones snce Nintendo never distributed the ticket to allow legit access to Faraway Island to Emerald gamers outside of Japan.
It is an event where you can obtain MEW. MEW is a Pokemon that you can only obtain in an event, or hacking.
To tell a shiny from a normal well... first a shiny will have a sparkle in battle and it is a brighter different colour then the original pokemon Example mew is pink shiny mew is blue.
the event is the secret key in on the wifi until the next event which is the shaymin event this summver. The shaymin in flower pardise can change in to sky forme so people who don't have the shaymin event can get sky form. And the Jirachi event is at Game Stop and if you go to Target they have a event for a shiny Mew only through 2/9/10 to 2/25/10 but they were oblivious to the fact there was a event in Target. I went to Target near the mall in Albany and they had the shiny Mew Event. The Mew was a level 5 and had only one move called Judgment. It was so cool and the rainbow Mew limited time only.
