Sinnoh: Trade from D/P/Pt.
Note: With the first 3, you can only get 1 per adventure. To get all 3 of each, you will need to trade. If you have a second DS and another copy of HeartGold/SoulSilver you could start another adventure and once you get a second lot of all 3 starters, restart the game, get up to that point and trade again.

Actually, there is a way...
Get a starter Pokemon, continue ur adventure, and when you can trade, trade it to another Pokemon game, then restart ur Heartgold/Soulsilver and trade all the starters to that game, then trade back
note: you will need 2 DSes
2 DS Pokemon games i.e Soulsilver, Heartgold, Platinum, Diamond and/or Pearl

∙ 11y agoEither you can trade them over from a Different Heart Gold or Soul Silver.
You can go on-line to Pokemon Global Trade Station and find someone who'll trade over them. (Note: They might give you Pokemon from an Action Replay, unless you don't mind)
Or you can just use an Action Replay. To get one you can just go to your local Walmart, Game Stop or any gaming store and purchase one for about 25 - 30 dollars.

1) trade with a friend once then they start a new game and trade you the 3rd
2) You trade with two people who have the other two Pokemon
