you have to buy Pokemon ranger, any one of the three, beat it and the special ranger net manaphy mission and then transfer the manaphy egg over to ur game. the only problem is that it requires two ds's for this

∙ 12y agoSadly, you can only catch it with a cheat or hack so you get an event of manaphys egg. After you get manaphys egg, hatch it and get a manaphy. Phiones are bred by manaphys.

∙ 12y agoI think if you do a mission on Pokemon Ranger you can or if you use an Action Replay Cheat System. I don't think you can get diamond and pearl Pokemon in Pokemon soul silver

∙ 13y agoNo, you cannot catch a Manaphy in Pokemon SoulSilver (Well, unless you use a hack). Manaphy can only be gotten through trade, or you can get a Manaphy egg from a Pokemon Event and hatch it. Manaphy can breed with a Ditto but it will only give you Phione eggs.

∙ 12y agoYou can get any Pokemon in GTS. However, Manaphy is very hard to find. On SoulSilver you don't encounter Manaphy so you can't search for it or offer something for it. The only way you can find one is, if a friend gave you a Manaphy meaning you have encountered it, therefore you can search for it or search for something else (e.g. Dragonite) and hope that there is a Manaphy nicknamed Dragonite.
