Can you get the blue orb in Pokemon Soul Silver?

You cannot get the blue orb. You can only obtain the red orb. You will have to get a Kyogre from a HeartGold game.

You first need to obtain a Kanto starter from Prof. Oak (get all 16 badges). If you are playing Soul Silver, you'd get the Red Orb first, then blue. After obtaining all 16 badges, go talk to Mr. Pokemon. He will give you the Red Orb. Once obtained the item, go to the a cave called the Embedded Tower on route 47. You also need all 16 badges to do this because to get to the cave, you need Rock Climb (given to you by Prof. Oak after you show him that you've gotten all 16 badges). Anyway, to get the Blue Orb, get a friend, or yourself with a second DS, and HeartGold, then trade the caught Kyogre to SoulSilver. Show Prof. Oak that Kyogre, and he will give you the Blue Orb. Now, the Jade Orb. Now that you've gotten Groudon, and the Blue Orb, Kyogre will be able to be caught in-game in Soul Silver. Show both the Groudon, and Kyogre caught from that game to Prof. Oak, and he will give you the Jade Orb.
after you defeat red, go to mr Pokemon in soulsilver he will give you red orb. you cant get blue orb on soul silver. go to the mountain cave on route 47 near the safari zone and go down in the cliff cave surf across the water DONT GO UP WATERFALL. go across and the man there will be there talk to him and go inside groudon will be tere in silver or kyogre in gold. if you trade a kyogre over from heartgold then you can visit profeesor elms and mr pokemons house and he will give you jade orb go to the place again and find rayquaza. they will all be at lvl 50 so i don't kow about the moves they know or what but get the move retutor to et them if they don't know them

You can't. Sorry,But Blue Orb is for HG...But,If you beat all 16 gym leaders,and Red(on Mount silver),Got the starters in Silph Co.building in one of the big citys (goldenrod i think),then go to Mr.Pokemon's house and he'll give you a Red orb for Groudon Hope this helped :)

You don't get the blue orb in soul silver. Only the red orb.

Each version can only obtain one orb (HG:blue,SS:Red), unless you trade with your freind or something to get it.

If you can manage to get kyogre and groudon in your party (must be from HG or SS), then professor oak will give you a jade orb, allowing you to encounter Rayquaza.

you cant find the blue orb in soulsilver. only in heartgold. u can only get the red orb by talking to mr. Pokemon after you get the national dex, beat red on mt silver and have gotten a kanto starter from professor oak. you can also get the jade orb if you show him a groudon you caught in the embedded tower and a kyogre you have traded from a heartgold game.

You can only get the blue orb in Pokemon Soul Silver. You can't get it in Heart Gold.

You can't get the blue orb in soul silver with out cheating because you get the red orb in soul silver and the blue orb in heart gold.
