You cannot trade Pokemon, however you can trade items. If you want some of the other version's exclusive Pokemon, get a rescue mission with the Pokemon you want as the Pokemon in need of the service and they appear in the dungeon they belong.

∙ 16y agoYou may exchange items from one Rescue Team to another, simply by linking up and selecting the option from the opening menu. With Blue to Red trading, you must insert the Red Rescue Team cartridge in to the dual slot of the DS which holds the Blue you wish to trade to. Then, it is simply a matter of starting up either Blue or Red and transferring items.

∙ 12y agoclick new game and answers the personality question the best way you can if you were in that situation and then chose a Pokemon as your partner i suggest one different than your element and it be fire or electric type since you have to take on articuno zapdos and moltres soon. keep storing items you don't need to use for time being and keep bag no more than half full so that you can get more items trust me you need all you can get later. do every mission you can get and work on lvling if poisoned i suggest going to next floor automatically n not use anything to cure it unless to far from the stairs/low health. store money in bank after every mission and try not to die. when going into unknown dungeons take lot of apples some oran berries n reviver seeds and find the stairs don't explore fully it saves you in long run. don't take on groudon n kyogre on your own till atleast lvl 50. have anymore questions fill free to ask
