yes you can. all you haf to do is beat the first deep 6 mission and then a clip will be shown of megatron flying out of the ocean. Then he will fly back to your base and you will be able to play as him. I am 100% sure that this will work I've already done it. and if you have any other questions about the decepticon faction, I've beaten the whole campain so ask away. Your wish is my command
