You can catch Kyurem again. I do not know exactly how, but I've heard people say to defeat the Elite 4 and try. What I did was I defeated the Elite 4 again, went to Lacunosa Town and talked to everyone in the town ( especially look for the old lady who tells you the story of Kyurem) and then I went back into the Great Chasm, went to the hole of water and was able to re access the way into the cave where Kyurem is. I don't know exactly what action had caused me to be able to get back to where Kyurem was ( I had failed capturing him and forgot to save before battling him prior, so make sure to save before you try). I continued to play the game after failing to catch him for a long time though, so that might have contributed to being able to access him again. Although I don't know exactly how was able to get back into the cave, I know IT IS POSSIBLE!
