The other moves are already set for each species, and the item is choose from a list of items for an specific Pokemon. There are 300 different types of Pokemon at trade battles. There are not include Pokemon that evolve over level 50, leyendaries and extremely weak and unevolved Pokemon (ex: magikarp, caterpie, babies). You can find shiny rental Pokemon. Especially after defeat another colosseum using rentals and then play (win, lose or surrender) in gateway colosseum 6 times. At number 7 or 8, one of the trainers should have a shiny Pokemon.
Can you keep jirachi on Pokemon Colosseum instead of transferring it to GBA as I don't have Ruby or Sapphire and I know it doesn't work with other games so can it stay on Colosseum?
No, you cannot keep Jirachi on Pokémon Colosseum in the event of using the Pokémon Colosseum bonus disc in order to download it since that special Jirachi can only transfer to the two Gameboy Advance games of Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire, it will not be able to be transfer from the bonus disc over to your game file on Pokémon Colosseum.

I think you have to fight a trainer with bonsly and keep using the VS seeker until you see a sudowudo OR you can get pkmn Colosseum, a TV, a Gamecube, a GBA link cable, a GBA, another Nintendo DS, and a Pokemon Dimond and Perl , snag a swodowodo in Colosseum and purify it, trade swodowodo to a GBA Pokemon game, see all Pokemon in diamond and Perl, import swodowodo to Perl or Daimond, and then trade it to Platnum. its not worth it unless you have all those things in the first place

You get more rental passes as you progress in the game. After certain colliseums, the lady at the counter will say something like, 'A new rental pass is available in Gateway Colliseum.' You do that colliseum, choosing the new rental pass at the start of it. If you win, you keep the pass. So far I have six. Hope this helps!

No. but if you unlock the trade battle in the gateway colesuem, you can trade Pokemon with your opponents including the colesuem leader. If you beat the colesuem, you get to keep your altered team.
