Some people like to edit the sprites (pixel images) from the Pokemon games. When someone combines two or more Pokemon by taking pieces from one sprite and attaching them to another sprite, it's called splicing.
In the game, you can't. But if you want to do it on the computer, I have no clue.
Get Paintbrush off of apple.com just search paintbrush and there you go!

Well, you basically have to do the same as if you were doing a scratch sprite. Use similar shading to the original sprite.

Just Open the sprite with MS paint Copy the sprite and paste it in another paint clear file And you are d0ne ;)
