I got mine at medieval times for about $25. I'm getting mine from mythicalfair (there's a link in the related links section). Size and price vary $-£. Another way is to go online and type in "diamond cut glass paperweight". There's a site that sells look-a-likes in all 8 colors (there was 8 of them at one point). Ignore the above answers, if you want real Chaos Emeralds you'll need to put in a lot of time and effort. First, you've got to collect as many rings as you can, now, contrary to popular belief the rings you collect don't actually have to gold, though if they're not they won't be as effective and you'll need more of them. Next you have to make what they call a "Star Post". To do this you'll need some diamonds, two metal poles and something that you can attach them to, to allow the top pole to spin. Once you've made a Star Post and planted it in the ground you have to wear all the rings at once. Depending on the quality of the rings and what they're made of you may have to have a lot of rings but so long as they're attached to you it should be okay. Wearing all the rings you have to spin the Star Post. If you can spin it fast enough you will be transported to a strange dimension, or "Special Stage" as some call it, where you'll have to run through it in a twisting and winding half pipe collecting more rings. Finally, if you collect enough rings in the Special Stage your hard work will be rewarded with one of the seven Chaos Emeralds. To get the rest you will need to make a further 6 Star Posts.
