No, but you can get 65535xp when battling a wild Pokemon or 99000 (something like that) if it's you versus a trainer.

You can get it by activating the cheat and then holding R at the end of the battle.

The closest thing I know of is a cheat simply to get infinite rare candies. Once you have them all, use them on your Pokemon and voila.
