In Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, the cut-scene dialogue is in English and the subtitles are in Japanese so you'll be able to understand it but the menus and action buttons will all be in Japanese. To be able to play it on your Ps2 you'll need to buy a mod chip from eBay, Amazon, etc.I love the series and will re-play the games every once and a while to keep the story fresh. As much as I hate to say it, probably not. The first Kingdom Hearts Final Mix was released in 2002 and is still Japan-exclusive. However, the Final Mixes do feature English audio with Japanese subtitles, so you could order one online direct from Japan if you're willing to pay a little extra.
