Assuming you have/use Action Replay DS/DSi, there is a link in related links to a NeoSeeker page full of codes. These are user generated and most of them are tested. Since they are usually really long, I would recommend using the copy/paste method in AR DS/DSi Code Manager. Tutorial link added. Another NeoSeeker page.
