Ben I noticed didn't say much about the kiss or the attractive parts between him and Susan only that it was good to take out most of the flirting and that the kiss was more spontaneous. Ben's exact words in the audio commentary was that it was a good idea to take out a lot of the flirting scenes that way the kiss at the end seemed much more spontaneous. So that tells me Ben didn't enjoy it. He was quiet as well in the commentary.
