While he never appeared on-screen, he was referenced several times.
Gotham City was mentioned in an episode. In another a woman calls Superman "the Caped Crusader". But he corrects her and says "No that's Batman."
But most significantly the Batmoblie for Tim Burton's films appears in an episode. A wealthy couple have it in their collection. My private theory is they acquired the parts which where lost when Batman turned it into the Batmissle. They had it rebuilt with new parts. The Penguin had blueprints. The discarded parts and blueprints were bought on the black market.

In the "Adventures of Superman" comics, 22 Wood Ave in Metropolis was the address of Clark Kent, also known as Superman. Clark Kent lived in this apartment as his alter ego Superman, where he would often retreat to change into his superhero persona. The address became iconic in the Superman lore as the place where the Man of Steel resided while protecting the citizens of Metropolis.
Yes he did. He was Superman/ Clark Kent in "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman". The series began in 1993 and it lasted for 4 seasons. He did a great job performing the Man of Steel with his co-star Teri Hatcher as Lois Lane.
