This would be an impossibility. Clara Barton, founder of the American Red Cross, was born in 1821 and died in 1912. Queen Elizabeth I was born in 1533 and died in 1603. Clara Barton would not have met Queen Elizabeth II either, as Her Majesty was born in 1926.
