If you're talking about Ron Weasley (the red head) then no, he didn't. He married Hermione (the smart, frizzy haired friend) and they had a kid together. It is really worth while reading the books, then when the movie comes out you will enjoy it even more. I feel like I'm ruining this surprise.

His ex-girlfriend, Cho Chang also survived the series and married a muggle man.
