No. Although they found most of the Horcruxes, they only destroyed one each.
In order of destruction:
Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger began their hunt for Horcruxes in the last book in September time. It finally ended in the Battle of Hogwarts, which took place on the 2nd May the following year. So that is 9 months in total.

She left with Harry on his trip to destroy the horcruxes, along with Ron. Hermione was the main planner of everything. She saved Harry a few times. After Ron left them, Hermione cried for a week. When Ron returned they finished destroying the horcruxes. And eventually, she married Ron, and had two children; Rose & Hugo.

Since they had to destroy a Horcrux they decided to get a basilisk fang from that place. Ron speaks in Parseltongue as heard from hearing Harry opening the Slytherin locket, and opens the chamber. Hermione stabs the Horcrux and there's a wave of water, then Ron and Hermione kiss.
In the film "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2," Ron and Hermione retrieve basilisk fangs from the Chamber of Secrets to destroy one of Voldemort's Horcruxes, Helga Hufflepuff's cup. They encounter some obstacles but manage to acquire the fangs successfully, which they later use to destroy the Horcrux.

It's Hermione, and you really need to read the books to find out. Generally speaking though, they are on a search for the Horcruxes to destroy them, and ultimately Voldemort.
Harry,Ron,Hermione,Nevile, and Voldemort destroy the Horcruxes though Voldemort did so un-intentionally by killing harry. but, its more complex. All horcruxes are things. so the horcrux within the object is destroyed, but the object itself isn't.
