Did Harry Potter use the resurrection stone to bring back his friends and family in the flesh or are they still just ghosts?

Harry does not actually bring anyone back. When he's walking in the Forbidden forest to meet Voldemort, he whispers to his golden snitch that Dumbledore gave him and said: "I am about to die" It opens, and he takes the stone and turned it thrice in hand. They were not ghosts or flesh. These people are James, Lily, Lupin and Sirius.
