On July 5th, the model suffered a drug overdose following an overload of Heroin and Cocaine (commonly known as a Speedball) prior to snorting excessive amounts of Persian Brown (a powerful form of Methamphetamine) mixed with Opiates. Anarchi was still convulsing on arrival at the medical center where short after, she suffered several seizures during which time, paramedics were unable to establish whether or not she was still breathing. The medical team were successful in their attempts to stabilise the model's heart rate and after several hours reliant on life support, she regained consciousness. News of the overdose came in shortly after the release of the model's most recent interview for an Australian magazine, in which, on asked her opinion on the growing number of teen drug users, she replied, "drugs aren't just for lowlives anymore; they're a universal disease." The cause of the overdose is unconfirmed.
