As far as I am aware, this was just a storyline. Although Karen & Kurt are now divorced and Kurt claimed on Howard Stern this week that Karen had an affair that lead to their divorce after he brought her to TNA, considering that Styles is not only married but makes a public statement of his Christian beliefs which would forbid having an affair I am certain that this was just a TNA plotline.
No she didn't have an affair with AJ. That was story line. HOWEVER she did have an affair and it was with Jeff Jarret. She is now married to him!
