No, Katniss sent the tracker jacker nest down on all the careers and only ended up killing Glimmer and the girl from District Two. Then she killed Marvel by sending an arrow into his neck because he killed Rue and then she shot Cato to put him out of his misery from the mutts that were practically eating him alive. But she did not kill Clove. Thresh killed her at the feast by smashing a bolder into her skull when she was harassing Katniss. And he helped Katniss because she helped Rue. Also, the boy from District Three was considered a career too because he set up the mines around their food supply and kept watch while the careers were out. Katniss did not kill him. Cato did by snapping his neck after Katniss managed to blow up their food supply while he was suppose to be on watch.

Katniss doesn't really have an offensive attack in the Hunger Games. She only kills one or two people (if you count Cato as her kill) in The Hunger Games. The only reason she killed them was to save others. So, her offensive attack strategy is to stay low until she really has to.
