It says something in the twelfth and thirteenth book about poison darts and how the Baudelaire parents gave a pack of poison darts to Beatrice. Also, Count Olaf said some thing about poison darts when he was threatening to kill the orphans. Obviously at this time Olaf wasn't born yet so Lemony Snicket defiantly was not born yet.

It is a series of letters from Beatrice Baudelaire (Kit's daughter) to Lemony, and from Lemony Snicket to Beatrice Baudelaire (the Baudelaires' mother). This book is really good i recommend it to everyone(besides children).
that depends-- who's kit snicket? i barely understood any of the series of unfortunate events. it was so complicated. and i was about 5 when i started the first one, i believe. yeah i bet you were 5 when you started idiot, you probaly couldn't even read Dr. Suess. kit snicket isn't a real person. neither is lemony snicket. lemony snicket is really david handler. he made himself lemony snicket to include himself in the story.
Lemony snicket really did wright them. His Real name is Daniel Handler.
He probably just thought of it and wrote some things down and then got really into it
Ersatz Elevator is by Lemony Snicket who is really Dan Handler. The hardcover has 272 pages. It is book 6 in the Series of Unfortunate Events.

No the author, Lemony Snicket, writes to make you think what happened in his books really happened, but sadly it did not.
well i think hes just a really good author. i have done alot of reaserch on gogle.com and his real name isn't lemony snicket i forgot the real name though, but it has come to my attention that lemony snicket might have based the characters on real people but i think its suprising they did all of that PS they really didnt he just wanted to make the books more fasinating.

Count Olaf's house. It's a pretty miserable place. Apart from that, no one really knows.

No, and the story is not true. Daniel Handler (Lemony Snicket) is just a really good writer (my favorite, actually), that has a great imagination and style. By the way, the story is supposed to take place in the 1930's, and Daniel Handler is really not that old.
they are behind the curtians in the kitchen area's really hard to find them there also but you know.
