No. John Hancock didn't have any brothers or sisters.

Edit: As the person stated above John Hancock (signer of the Declaration of Independence) was an only child therefore he had no brothers or sisters. His father's name was John Hancock as well and so was his grandfathers. I'm not sure if his father had any siblings but his grandfather had a brother named Nathaniel Hancock.

She claims she does have a younger half brother and sister. Same father, but a White mother, who raised the children as white. (its only documented in her book "Lady Sings the Blues":Billie Holiday w/William Dafty) She met them at her father's funeral.
