Nope!

If you're referring to in the show itself, Alex (her character) won the Wizard competition and now holds the full family wizard state. Her brother, Justin (played by David Henrie) was promoted to head wizard professor, so he also got to keep his wizard powers! Max just got to run the sandwhich shop, haha :)

And if you're referring to Selena Gomez, she did not quit the show. The show was cancelled because there have just been too many seasons and episodes and everyone's growing up. So it would have gone sooner or later ):
