Seabiscuit, who is the gratest racehorse ever!!! He returned from serios injury, to win the 1940 Santa Anita Handicap, with crippled jockey Red Pollard.
Well, Secretariat was a triple crown winner. It wasn't just that he won them, he won them faster then anyone who ever run them. He won the Belmont by 31 lengths, and still holds it today. Seabiscuit, was the short horse with a tall jockey. He won "The Match of the Century" with War Admiral. He and his jockey injured themselves while racing and raced together again and won.
I don't think it has ever run on TV.
The jockey fell of his horse.Nobody can ever understand what a jockey is saying in TV.
Seabiscuit was a champion thoroughbred born in 1933. The Kentucky Derby is limited to 3-year-old race horses. Seabiscuit was not recognized as a champion until 1937, which would have made him too old to participate in the Kentucky Derby. Seabiscuit's best racing years were from 1937 through 1938. An injury stopped Seabiscuit from racing in 1939. He came back in 1940 to win the Santa Anita Handicap, fantastic feat. The movie Seabiscuit is spectacular. Hope you have seen it.
No female jockey has ever finished better than 11th in Kentucky Derby.
No female jockey has ever won the Kentucky Derby. In fact, only five female jockeys have ever ridden in the Derby. Julie Krone was the first female jockey to win a Triple Crown event, the 1993 Belmont Stakes aboard Colonial Affair.
yes he did, he married beyonce knowles
probably some jockey
He did not. The Kentucky Derby is restricted to 3 year olds. Seabiscuit didn't really start winning until he was around five. As a young horse he did not show any promise as a great race horse.
