Yes they had three children: Victoire, Dominique and Louis. We read about Victoire in "19 Years Later" when James Potter tells his mother that he caught Teddy Lupin and his cousin Victoire kissing. We then learnt more about their family through JKR who told us about her brother and sister. Victoire was named so because she was born on the anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts.
