Yes while he was walking through the streets of Vienna. The lady he pushed by the name of Analiese Schmidt was reportedly in the way according to a journal Austrian locals depicted which is believed to belong to a relative of the said lady who witnessed the crown prince push the relatives grandmother and didn't bother to apologize to her. The journal goes on to say that the crown prince (in very nice terms) that the crown prince was rather rude and that he should be taught some manners. The journal entry that explains this event seemed to be rather odd because the date of the entry was 17 january 1889.
