No none of John Wayne's three wives ever apperared on screen with him.
The movie was McClintock with Maureen O'Hara as Mrs. McClintock and Stephanie Powers as his daughter. It's one of my favorite Wayne movies.
If they were I have never seen it. Eastwood would have liked to work with Wayne (who didn't?) but Wayne was of a different opinion. He really didn't care much for Eastwood's movies and had no desire to share the screen with him.
In 1965 they both appeared in the movie 'The Greatest Story Ever Told'.
He may have had his faults but being a racist was not one of them. Wayne seemed to have no problems with minorities. His movies are loaded with native Americans, Mexicans, African-Americans and none of them ever had a bad thing to say about him. In fact the black actor Roscoe Lee Brown who co-starred with Wayne in The Cowboys said he prepared himself to dislike Wayne. Once shooting started Brown was amazed because the star didn't act like a star. He was gracious and kind to everybody.
Earl John Hindman (1942-2003) was never on the CBS television show M*A*S*H (1972-83). He is best known as partially hidden, but always present neighbor on the TV sitcom Home Improvement (1991-99).

I'm going to presume your question is, "Did anyone who was later a member of the Three Stooges ever appear in a western with John Wayne?"Shemp Howard appeared in Pittsburgh , which starred Wayne but was not a western.Other than that, no actor from the Three Stooges was ever in a film with Wayne.

There is no indication in the history of the destroyer HMS Walker that it was ever used in the filming of any movies (see link below)
To add more interest to the show and keep people watching to see if he ever shows his face. He never does but if you do an image search and type in his name it will show you what he looks like.P.S. His face is finally seen at the very end of the final episode when the entire cast lines up before the camera.

no
I don't think he was ever in a musical but he did make "singing cowboy" movies in the 20's. I think the character's name was Singing Sandy, and I think he rode a white horse.
