From what I can find online, no they do not. His ten grandchildren do evidently have trusts set up for them totaling in all, hundreds of millions of dollars.

To give some idea how much, in 2013, Walt's twin grandchildren were in a messy legal battle over the trusts left to them. They were reported to be around $300 million.
