Yes, they do once Rogue gets her powers under control. It was revealed they had conceived their son prior to their engagement, though. And married sometime after his birth. (Son: Olivier (not Oliver) LeBeau)

Yes and No. If that makes sense. Rogue has A LOT of other love interests and she always kind of believed that without touch she couldn't really be with someone. But Gambit has always been there for her and she admitted her love for him on more than one occasion.
