Do cards go from your hand to your bench in Pokemon?

Yes.You can evolve as many benched Pokemon as you want in a turn.But you may only attach one energy card per turn.I hope this helps, but you should have read the rulbook or searched rules online, it's a lot easier.It's all in the rules.

Yes. When you begin play, you can put up to 5 basic Pokemon from your hand down on your bench. You can do this during each of your turns as well, after drawing.
