These I'm not so sure about (they have been mentioned as maybe appearing in TF3): Prowl, Ultra Magnus, Airazor, Arcee, Wheeljack. I can also be certain about the following Decepticons: Soundwave, Barricade, Starscream However I am not completely sure on whether these bots will also feature or not: Megatron, Shockwave, Cyclonus, Ramjet, Seeker, Laserbeak, Ransack, Scorponok, Skywarp.

They're in Transformers 3 in a very brief cameo. When the Autobots return to the NEST base after the mission at Chernobyl, they are the last two cars to enter the hangar...that's the last time I believe they are seen.
