Do they have dementors in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows?

Dumbledore is not alive during the course of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" however this does not stop J.K. Rowling form including him in the story. He does show up although whether from beyond the grave or hallucination it is never clear. His heritage and history is also discussed and some in great detail as Harry Ron and Hermione inadvertently discover his past.

Yes. After Harry dies he arrives in King's Cross Station and has a conversation with Dumbledore. When Harry decides to back to the living world, Dumbledore boards the train and leaves for wherever you go after you die.

It is unknown what happens to them after the end of the Second Wizarding War. What is known though, is that they come out of hiding, and that Harry manages to track down Dudley and continues a small friendly relationship with him as Dudley's expressed concern over his health during the beginning of Deathly Hallows brought them closer. Harry does not continue his relationship with the rest of the Dursley family.
