Yes you do. when you beat the first for members of the elite 4 the platform in the middle will light up. you then go onto it and press A in the middle of it. then it takes you down and you go up into the champions hall. there you will see N talking to alder ( the champion) and you can tell by what you hear them say that N beat him. i forget what else happens but after that giant stairs will fly in threw the wall and you go into team plasmas castle. you can heal up in there and then when you reach the top floor you are about to battle N so he proves that he is the hero when the dark stone starts glowing and zekrom appears, you catch him, beat N, get healed, battle ghestis, who reavels a secret, beat him, N realeses resharim, you save the day the end. then you can fight the much more powerful elite 4 again, face alder, and find the rest of the seven sages, so looker aressts them. then complte the pokedex. ya iknow u only asked when you catch zekrom but i dont care

∙ 12y agoYes, you must beat the elite four before you can go to the Fight Area. After beating the elite four, go to Snowpoint City and talk to the sailor in front of the boat. He will take you the the Fight Area. Hope I helped! Good luck fighting the Four ;).
