You should have a wand or some similar prop-but magic is sleight of hand and not real

Merlin's wand is often referred to as the "Wand of Merlin." In various legends and adaptations, it is depicted as a powerful tool used by the legendary wizard to channel his magical abilities. The wand symbolizes wisdom and mastery over magic, playing a crucial role in many stories about Merlin.
no, it passes from wizard to wizard by winning the wands allegiance.
There is no spell, charm, jinx or curse in the Harry Potter series that takes the power of a wand. There are ways for a wizard to take the wand of another for his own use, by disarming magically with the Expelliarmus charm or any other spell that makes the wizard lose or drop his wand, disarming without magic in a muggle (non-magical people) fight style or killing the owner in many ways magical or not.

If you mean can people that aren't wizards or witches perform magic, no. They can't because they cannot gain access to the wizarding wold to get a wand and the wand would not agree to do magic by command of a muggle.
Give me that wand or i'll shoot you
no you dont need a wand that is just a movie thing all powers come from a higher power not an object
magic wand
Well myths say that if you are really a witch/wizard you don't need a wand because you have enough power in your own.
do magic things with the wand
There is only one "best" wand in history and that is the Elder Wand/Deathstick/etc. Other than this wand, each wand chooses its witch or wizard and performs outstanding magic for its owner if the owner has the ability to perform magic well - for instance, Neville's wand is just as good as the next one but does not perfom brilliant magic as Neville himself is not talented (until Harry teaches him). This is not to say the wand is a bad one, or worse than another. Each wand is equally brilliant as it can perform outstanding magic with the right owner. So I would say none of those. There are only 2 levels of brilliancy in wands - the Elder Wand is in the first level, and the rest of the wands are in the second. Voldemort, Harry and Ron have equally good wands. Ron's produces the least amazing magic out of all of them as he is the least amazing wizard, not because it is a worse wand.
NO. that's why its propresterous when in the seventh book the ministry are questioning all the mudbloods on who the stole their magic from. Yes, but you have to know that there are no wands with magic in them. Neither are there wizards.
