No, sooner or later you will get a Clear Bell which you use to go to the new tower in Ecutek City. You'll get attacked by three Monks and get into a Pokemon battle. When you beat them they will let you continue, you'll follow the path and find a huge tower (that kinda looks like the Sprout tower). When you get in there you'll find Entei, Suicune, and raikou. Entei and Raikou will run and Suicune will battle you.
