Plus another reason it may be reprinted in this is because it's been a common in Japan for like 2-3 years now ever since the Kaiba Structure Deck came out. The Turbo Pack is expected to be released some time in September along with the next set of Yugioh 5ds Ancient Prophecy which comes out September 1st.
