Does Alex Pettyfer smoke

He has told several interviewers that he no longer smokes, but he used to.
it is herd that he doesnt smoke anymore, but i think he used to smoke because he probalbe wanted to be cool or something. but i dont know for sure sorry.
He used to smoke but not any more and but never took any drugs
In many interviews he has revealed that he used to smoke but he no longer smokes any more. That is not saying though that he would not do it for a movie role like he did in British blockbuster Tormented (2009).

I think he was 14 years old when he first tried a cigarette. I don't believe he became addicted until he tried it again, aged 16. He was, infact, underaged (obviously) and only continued to smoke because his father, Richard Pettyfer (also an actor) supplied him with the cigarettes. He only did this because Richard Pettyfer was also addicted to smoking, and his son paid him to buy cigarettes for the two of them.
