Annabeth does not necessarily get over Luke in the Last Olympian.
She admits to Luke that there was a time when she thought she loved him, but in reality, she loved him as a brother, and nothing more.
She realized that she loved Percy, and that he loved her. She always had thought of Luke as a brother, and his betrayal and allegiance to Kronos had hit her hard. She still cared about him in a brother sister way, even though he was loyal to Kronos.
She accepts his death at the end of The Last Olympian, and she admitted her love for Percy, not Luke.
Yes, Kornos comes alive in the Last Olympian. Once he destroyed Luke Castellan's soul, he bathed in the river Styx. Once Percy was sure of this, he went through with Nico's plan which was to also bathe in the river Styx. Percy becomes invincible and takes on Kronos. In the Temple of Gods, Luke is fighting for his last breath. Then the Great Prophecy comes true. Percy is the 16 year old child that makes the final decision; give Luke the cursed blade, the knife he gave Annabeth. Luke hits his Achilles spot, and Kronos is blown to Tarturus.
Annabeth kisses Percy in "The Battle of the Labyrinth", Chapter 11 (I Set Myself On Fire), Page 203. Annabeth kisses Percy again in the last book " The Last Olympian" and the chapter is called " i am dumped" page 373 and 374!

The story themes of the last Olympian are that "good, in the end, will always overcome evil."

In the Last Olympian, Percy swims in the river Styx and gains great power. Annabeth blocks a knife from hitting him in the only spot that could kill him. The knife was poisoned, so Annabeth gets sick. When everybody goes back to the hotel, The healers from the Apollo cabin cure her. While Annabeth is still weak, Percy gets very worried for her and holds her hand. When the battle with Kronos is over, all the demigods return to Camp Half-Blood. After dinner, Annabeth and Percy kiss. Clarisse and the rest of the camp are eavesdropping and see them kissing. They carry them on their shoulders to the lake. Well Percy, being the son of Poseidon, makes and underwater bubble and they share an underwater kiss. The end.

Tyson was sensitive and very protective over Percy.
Percy Didn't Beat Luke exactly Luke was the hero but Annabeth talked to Luke. he then gained Control over Kronos and stabbed him in a certain place in his armor where it would make him die and would have Kronos defeated in the 5th book in the 3rd book he doesn't exactly "Defeat" Luke it just almost kills him.

Yes. Percy and Annabeth disliked each other when they first met (only because their parents Athena and Poseidon have a rivalry) but soon grow fond of each other. Aphrodite has told him that they will have a 'tragic love life'. Annabeth has kissed him four times, once, after winning the chariot race in Sea of Monsters, though that was only on the cheek, again as she leaves him to fight the telekhines at Mt. St. Helen's in The Battle of the Labyrinth, in the dining area of Camp Half-Blood, prior to all other campers throwing them in the canoe lake in The Last Olympian, and finally underwater in the The Last Olympian . Also, Annabeth is known to be jealous of Rachel, the clear-sighted mortal girl because Percy spends a lot of time hanging out with her.Annabeth seems to have hinted quite a bit that she is interested in Percy, and it seems to not matter to her that Athena does not approve of them even as just friends. In the Last Olympian, when Percy and Annabeth are inspecting the cabins, she tries to hint that she loves him, but Percy, suddenly nervous, changes the subject, leaving Annabeth disappointed. When Percy bathed in the River Styx, he is supposed to envision the one thing that keeps him tied to the mortal world. He thinks of Annabeth pulling him out of the water at Camp Half-Blood's canoe lake. When Percy is offered immortality by the gods for saving Olympus, he looks over at Annabeth and recognizes the same kind of fear in her eyes that Percy probably had while thinking Annabeth was going to join the hunters. He turns the offer down, and Annabeth put her hands over her mouth silently crying tears of joy.Later at camp, he confides to her the vision he had at the Styx and the reason he turned down immortality. He looks over at her and she was smiling. He tells her that she is not making it easy, but Annabeth indicates that she will never make life easy for him, calling him "seaweed brain" and then kissed him. They were than interrupted by nosy campers, and were thrown into the lake. Percy made a underwater bubble, and they continued to kiss underwater. He described it as "Pretty much the best underwater kiss of all time."After the 2 weeks of extra camp, Percy and Annabeth are seen together running down the hill from Camp Halfblood. For the first time, Percy did not look back.
She feels her cabin was wronged over some war spoils, namely a flying chariot.
The Olympians will have to battle Kronos. Kronos has taken over Luke's body and is destroying New York with his army. The Gods are fighting Typhon because he has escaped while forty half-bloods and the Hunters fight Kronos' army. The prophecy comes true as Percy gives Luke the cursed knife (Annabeth's blade that Luke gave her) to defeat Kronos. Luke sacrifices himself, and dies. After the death of Kronos the campers begin to rebuild Camp Half-Blood, adding cabins for the minor gods and Hades. Percy and Annabeth begin dating, while Rachel becomes the new Oracle for Camp Half-Blood.
All year the half-bloods have been preparing for battle against the Titans, knowing the odds of victory are grim. Kronos's army is stronger than ever, and with every god and half-blood he recruits, the evil Titan's power only grows. While the Olympians struggle to contain the rampaging monster Typhon, Kronos begins his advance on New York City, where Mount Olympus stands virtually unguarded. Now it's up to Percy Jackson and an army of young demigods to stop the Lord of Time.
