Assuming when you say Disney's Wilderness Campground you're referring to The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, No they don't rent RVs at least not directly through the resort.
They do have dealers outside of Disney that you can rent an RV from & they will deliver it to Fort Wilderness but the the resort itself only provides a place to either park your RV or set up a tent.
