Yes he does, but he mainly just opposes Harry. He does not fight the entire time in the movies though, leaving with his family before it is over.

Does Draco Malfoy betray Voldemort?

Yes, he did. Although he tormented Harry and all the Gryffindors in the books and movies, and did become a Death Eater, he turned to the right side in the final book.

What did Draco Malfoy do after hogwarts?

Draco and the rest of the Malfoy's avoided being sent to Azkaban because they switched allegiance at the last minute which also lead to him and Harry being on civil terms - meaning they weren't friends but they didn't hate each other either. He married Astoria Greengrass (who is the younger sister of Daphne Greengrass, Draco's classmate at Hogwarts) and had one son named Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy in 2006.

Who is Draco Malfoy?

Draco Malfoy is a fictional character in the Harry Potter series. He is one of Harry Potter's enemies; on a smaller basis. Draco and Harry are in the same year at school and in rival houses as Draco is in Slytherin house. He tries to be a bully but isn't very confident without his friends (although followers would probably be a more accurate description) Crabbe and Goyle by his side. He tries several times to get Harry expelled from school, he hates muggle-borns and blood-traitors such as Hermione and the Weasley's. His family are old death eaters and one of the largest pure-blood families still around. They are a very rich family. Draco was supposed to kill Albus Dumbledore to restore his families name but he was unable to do it. In the seventh book the Death Eater headquarters is set up at the Malfoy house, whose family is still not in Voldemort's 'good books'. The Malfoy family change sides during the final battle after Draco is saved, twice, by Harry, Ron and Hermione. His parents change side because they fear for their sons life. ........................................................................................................................... Draco is a rich pure blood slytherin. Like so many wizards Draco believes his blood status makes him far superior to any other, to add to this he thinks that Slytherin house is better than the others. Draco's family name "malfoy" was cleared after Voldermort's downfall and Lucius (draco's father) wormed his way back into people's good books by saying he had been imperiused and then giving huge amounts of gold to charities and the ministry. Lucius however still saw himself as a death eater and kept dark artefacts in his house, hiding them in his basement. Before Hogwarts Draco had already recruited his followers and "bodyguards" Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle because their father's like Lucius were in Voldermort's inner circle. During their time at Hogwarts Draco would rarely ever be seen without his cronies and neer picked a fight if they werent near him as he was tall and thin and they were thich with muscle. At Hogwarts Draco learnt that he could get away with anything when in Snape's classes. Draco would also brag about: his father' position at the ministry, his blood status and how rich he was. Draco always parroted his father's views, such as: Dumbledore being the worst thing that ever happened to hogwarts and he was always the best. Draco always took the chance to wind up Harry Ron and Hermione.

Why did Draco parents help harrry in the end?

Draco's parents help Harry in the end. Narcissa says he is dead so that she can switch side's and take care of Draco without being sent to azkaban

Who was the commander on the good side during the Battle of Hogwarts?

well if you mean the battle during the deathly hallows in my opinion professor McGonagall took charge of Hogwarts during the battle because Harry had to find the Horcrux while McGonagall kept Harry from the death Eater and rallied the teachers to fight while organising prefects to take all student under the age of 17 to saftey.

What happened to the malfoys in the Deathly Hallows?

They were forced to allow the death eaters and Voldemort into their home, and Draco was forced to torture and kill people, though all of the Malfoy's became scared of Voldemort and his plans to destroy others. At the end, Lucius and Narcissa are separated from Draco while in the Dark Forest, waiting for Harry to come to Voldemort. Once Voldemort uses Avada Kadavra on Harry, he asks Narcissa to see if he is dead. As Narcissa hears his heart beat, she asks if Draco is alive in the castle, and he whispers yes to her. She saves him and claims that he is dead, and then when the Battle of Hogwarts resume, Lucius and Narcissa are seen running around, screaming for Draco, not even attempting to fight. Once Harry kills Voldemort and everyone is celebrating, the Malfoy family are off to the side, unsure if they should be there or not, but they are relieved that Voldemort has fallen.

Is tom felton as Draco malfoy in Harry Potter is he in the dark side?

Yes, Tom Felton portrays Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter. Draco Malfoy is on the Dark Side, that is correct, though he is on it halfheartedly, by force, because of his family, his house, his parents beliefs. Tom Felton is not on the Dark Side - this only exists in the books, not in real life.

What is the battle of Hogwarts fought over?

Basically, the fight was over hogwarts. The good side trying to be rid of Snape and the Carrows, while the dark side was killing harry potter supporters. But the original reason it was started was so Harry could search for the unknown object of Ravenclaw. The battle of hogwarts was a resistance led by McGonagall against Lord Voldemort and his death eaters while harry looked for the lost diadem of Rowena Ravenclaw and to finish destroying voldemort's horcruxes so he can become mortal once more.

Why couldn't harry call kreacher to him in the seventh book to get into hogwarts?

Harry couldn't call Kreacher to him in the seventh book to get into Hogwarts because Kreacher was loyal to the Black family, who supported Voldemort. Harry needed to rely on other means to infiltrate Hogwarts due to Kreacher's allegiance to a different side.
