yes he has ... many people have doubled for Jackie in various ways in various movies. For example Stanley Tong did the stunt driving in 'Rumble in the Bronx' for Jackie. Mostly members of the JC Stunt Team will double for him. Although if you make a habit of reading the credits you can see a variety of names listed as doubles for Jackie. Mars, Hu Ge, Yuen Biao, Andy Cheng and Ken Lo have all doubled for Jackie at one time or the other for various reasons.

This does not mean he does not do his own stunts but it's all about making the best movie possible so sometimes Jackie is directing, sometimes some one can do something better or sometimes he just doesn't want to get hurt. He was doubled for some of the falls in Shanghai Noon during the bar fight. So really it depends on the circumstance. Jackie does 'ALL his own stunts' started as an advertising gimmick when 'Rumble in the Bronx' was released in the USA.

On the other hand Jackie has also doubled for other actors in his own movies. He has doubled for other people in Drunken Master, First Strike, and Accidental Spy just to name a few.

Jackie has also been doubled for non-stunt scenes for example due to the reshooting of The Medallion a scene involving 'Jackie' on the motorcycle with Claire Forlani was doubled as Jackie could not return to Ireland to shoot that scene at that time.

The idea that Jackie Chan does ALL his own stunts comes from some advertising for Rumble in the Bronx. However Jackie Chan has never done ALL his own stunts. Because of the way they made Hong Kong movies sometimes it was physically impossible for Jackie to be in front of the camera and behind it at the same time. Some times there were things that some one else could do better than Jackie Chan. Yuen Biao doubling for Jackie Chan in some of the early movies is well known but Jackie also would double for other actors when there were things he could do better. Finding Jackie when he is doubling for some one else in his movies is a lot of fun.

Jackie Chan has said many times that he does not do all his own stunts because there are things he can't do. In Rumble in the Bronx the driving stunts were done by Stanley Tong for example. Although in Thunderbolt the driving is done by Jackie himself. Some of the skateboard stunts in City Hunter were doubled because Jackie damaged his knee doing one of them and was out of action for a while.

Jackie Chan was a stuntman and still does a LOT of his own stunts, but he has never done ALL his own stunts - that was just advertising.
