Yes, and 'Teddy' is mentioned in the epilogue as kissing the daughter of Bill and Fleur.
However in later interviews J.K Rowling has told us that he is raised by Andromeda Tonks, Tonks' mother (tonks' father was killed by snatchers) after the death of Tonks and LUpin themselves it also says in the epilogue that "He already comes for dinner 4 times a week, why not just invite him to live with us and be done with it!" This is confirming that he stays alive and keeps in contact with the Potter's as Harry is his Godfather.
